Cougar Pride Center aims to
Empower Queer BYU Students,
Celebrate Progress,
Advocate for Change through Collaborative Activism.
Founded in 2021, we are a volunteer-run, donor-sponsored organization that strives to create community and care for LGBTQ+ individuals on campus.
What We Do
We are an LGBTQ+ resource center for BYU students.
We plan large-scale events — including Pride in April and our Drag Pageant in October.
We collaborate for progress at BYU and in the community at large.
First and foremost, we provide essential services and resources that anyone may use, free of charge.
We rely entirely on your donations, so please consider chipping in with a monthly or one-time donation.
Cougar Pride Center is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization so donations are tax deductible. Thank You!
Cougar Pride Center has developed numerous resources to help queer BYU students be safe and successful while at BYU. All resources are available to anyone and free of charge!

Cougar Pride Center is a completely volunteer run organization, and we’re always looking for volunteers to staff our events and projects.
